Job Title: PROCESS ENGINEER

Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Preferably in Lead/Metal Industry)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Process Engineers for majorly for VDF machine operating with prior experience in the lead industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining VDF (Vacuum Degassing Furnace) machines to ensure efficient production and product quality as per standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the machine during production to ensure smooth operations.

Handle lead melting, refining, and degassing processes as per production requirements.

Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and parameter adjustments.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of machinery and report any abnormalities.

Maintain safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in the production area.

Record operational data, machine readings, and production output.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.

Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience in operating furnace-related machinery.

Knowledge of lead refining, casting, or metal production processes.

Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and safety procedures

Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.

Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
