We are looking for a Warehouse Incharge to join our team at at Pharma. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹32,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Stock Verification – Check incoming and outgoing stock and identify discrepancies.
Warehouse Coordination – Coordinate with picking/packing, dispatch, transport, and other teams.
Documentation – Maintain GRN, stock transfer, dispatch, and other warehouse-related records.
Team Supervision – Allocate work, monitor staff performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Warehouse Safety & Organization – Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, safety procedures, and efficient use of warehouse space.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
