Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching goods.

• Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely stock audits.

• Maintain records of inward and outward materials through ERP or manual systems.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and production teams for smooth material flow.

• Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, FIFO/FEFO practices and space utilization inside warehouse.

• Plan manpower allocation, work schedules and material handling requirements.

• Handle documentation for shipments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory management.

• Hands-on experience in ERP/Inventory software.

• Leadership & staff management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving ability.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and handling of heavy materials.
