Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary

The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control, material handling, dispatch, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock movement.

• Supervise loading and unloading of materials.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of goods.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, stock registers, and MIS.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Manage and guide warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders.

• Handle returns, damaged goods, and shortages efficiently.
