Manage day-to-day operations of the store related to construction materials.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders.

Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and inventory records.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials at site/store.

Issue materials to site teams as per approved indent and track consumption.

Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for material Monitor stock levels and raise timely material requisitions to avoid shortages.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances.

Maintain documentation for audits and internal controls.

Ensure compliance with company processes and site safety norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).

2–5 years of experience as a Stores Executive in construction or real estate.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/store software.

Good coordination, record-keeping, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently at site locations.
