Warehouse Incharge

We are looking for a Warehouse Incharge to join our team at at Ciel Hr Services Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹11,000 - ₹12,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.

JOB TITLE : Material Handler

REPORT TO : Warehouse Operations Manager

DEPARTMENT : Warehouse Management

JOB SUMMARY : The Material Handler is responsible for handling, storing, loading, and dispatching materials from the

warehouse. The role also includes accompanying delivery vehicles to transporter offices and managing

dispatch-related documentation. The candidate must be educated enough to understand invoices, e-way

bills, and transport documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Receive and verify incoming materials.

2. Properly store and stack products.

3. Pick and load materials as per invoice/delivery challan.

4. Scan the products as per system before despatch.

5. Ensure accurate quantity and product codes during dispatch.

6. Accompany delivery vehicle to transporter location when required.

7. Carry and submit dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, LR copy, etc.).

8. Collect transporter acknowledgment and submit to office.

9. Assist in stock counting and warehouse housekeeping.

10. Arrange inventory for faster delivery and avoid unwanted damage.

SKILLS : 1. Basic understanding of invoices, GST documents, and transport paperwork.

2. Ability to read product codes and quantities.

3. Basic computer & Phone knowledge preferred.

4. Physically fit, responsible, and disciplined.
