Senior Warehouse Executive – E-commerce Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Manage PO receiving, GRN, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.

• Ensure all POs/orders are processed and dispatched within the defined TAT.

• Supervise packers, pickers, loaders and other warehouse staff.

• Allocate daily work and monitor team productivity.

• Ensure orders are picked accurately and packed as per marketplace/brand requirements.

• Monitor pending orders and take corrective action to avoid delays.

• Coordinate with marketplaces, brands, transporters and internal teams for operational issues.

• Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular physical stock checks.

• Ensure proper bin/shelf management and FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.

• Handle returns, RTO, RTV, damages and inward discrepancies.

• Ensure proper GRN and system inventory updates.

• Monitor warehouse consumables and packaging material stock.

• Maintain warehouse discipline, housekeeping and safety standards.

• Coordinate with the EasyEcom/Unicommerce/ERP team for system-related issues.

• Prepare and share daily MIS reports for orders, dispatch, inventory, returns and pending activities.

• Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve productivity and accuracy.

• Handle manpower planning and ensure sufficient manpower during peak volumes.

• Coordinate with courier/transport partners for timely pickups and dispatches.

• Ensure all warehouse SOPs and company processes are followed.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.

• Experience handling marketplace/e-commerce orders such as Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.

• Good knowledge of PO, GRN, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory and returns.

• Experience managing warehouse manpower.

• Working knowledge of EasyEcom, Unicommerce or similar WMS/ERP preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage the warehouse independently and take ownership of daily operations.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
