We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Warehouse In-charge to oversee and manage our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will ensure that inventory is accurate, the warehouse is organized, and all safety protocols are strictly followed.
This position is open to Degree or Diploma holders. While we prefer experienced candidates capable of managing a facility, freshers with strong leadership potential and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
Inventory Control: Oversee daily stock movements; ensure all incoming and outgoing materials match the documentation (Invoices/GRNs).
Space Management: Organize the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and ensure easy accessibility of high-turnover items.
Team Coordination: Supervise loaders, helpers, and transporters to ensure timely loading/unloading of vehicles.
Documentation: Maintain precise records of stock levels, damage reports, and gate passes. Perform regular physical stock audits (Monthly/Quarterly).
Vendor & Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and follow up with the procurement team regarding pending deliveries.
Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, hazard-free, and compliant with company safety standards.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock positions, aging inventory, and warehouse productivity.
Education: Any Degree or Diploma (Candidates with a background in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will have an advantage).
Experience: 1-6 years. (Experience in warehouse management)
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for stock sheets) and basic email communication.
Leadership: Ability to manage a team of ground staff effectively.
Physical Stamina: Comfort with working in a warehouse environment and overseeing physical labor.
Detail-Oriented: Zero-tolerance for errors in stock counting and documentation.
Problem Solver: Ability to handle logistics delays or stock discrepancies proactively.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience and qualification).
