🚨 URGENT HIRING – WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE 🚨

📍 Location: Gurgaon/ Kapashera/ Bangalore/ Bhiwandi
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 CTC

### 🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive who can independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations and effectively handle the operational team.

### 📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Loading, Unloading & Documentation

• Manage vehicle loading and unloading

• Verify invoices, challans, e-Way Bills, GRNs and other documents

• Maintain proper warehouse records and documentation

2. Warehouse Operations

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch

• Ensure FIFO/LIFO and 5S practices

• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and discipline

3. Inventory Management

• Daily/weekly/monthly stock verification

• Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS/ERP

• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies

4. Audit & Compliance

• Maintain audit-ready documentation

• Follow customer requirements and company SOPs

• Ensure safety and quality standards

5. Excel & MIS – Mandatory

Strong knowledge of MS Excel required:

• VLOOKUP

• Pivot Tables

• IF Formulas

• Conditional Formatting

• MIS & Data Analysis

Should be able to monitor KPIs such as TAT, Stock Accuracy, Dispatch Accuracy & Productivity.

6. Team & Vendor Management

• Handle warehouse executives, supervisors, loaders, pickers and helpers

• Manage manpower planning and vendor coordination

• Coordinate forklifts, hydra machines and other warehouse equipment

• Coordinate with customers and transporters

### ✅ Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years experience in 3PL / Logistics Warehouse Operations

• Strong knowledge of warehouse & inventory operations

Experience with •WMS/ERP••

Strong •Excel & MIS•• skills

• Good communication and team-handling skills

• Ability to independently manage warehouse operations

• Immediate joiner preferred
