Job Details

• Duty Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Holidays: All Government Holidays as per Company Calendar

🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for experienced warehouse professionals who can independently manage end-to-end warehouse operations and lead warehouse teams efficiently.

Candidates should have the capability to manage warehouse activities, coordinate manpower, hire forklifts and hydro machines when required, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure smooth operational performance.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, audits, and Excel reporting is essential.

📋 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Loading, Unloading & Documentation

• Manage vehicle loading and unloading activities.

• Verify invoices, challans, e-way bills, and GRNs.

• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.

2️⃣ Daily Warehouse Operations

• Supervise warehouse operations following FIFO/LIFO and 5S standards.

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline.

3️⃣ Inventory Management

• Conduct daily and weekly stock verification.

• Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS/ERP systems.

• Ensure timely reconciliation and reporting of stock.

4️⃣ Audit & Compliance

• Maintain audit-ready records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and statutory safety standards.

5️⃣ Excel & Reporting

• Prepare daily MIS and operational reports.

• Must have strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, and Conditional Formatting.

• Track KPIs such as TAT, stock accuracy, dispatch accuracy, and operational productivity.

6️⃣ Team Handling & Coordination

• Supervise loaders, pickers, helpers, and warehouse staff.

• Train, guide, and monitor team performance.

• Coordinate with manpower vendors, transporters, and customers.

• Arrange forklifts, hydro machines, and other operational resources as required.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics operations.

• Ability to independently manage warehouse operations.

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
