Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive will work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, compliance with packaging standards, and timely delivery of food packaging products. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and proactive customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to accurately process and manage customer orders for food packaging products.

• Verify order details including product specifications, quantities, packaging requirements, and delivery timelines.

• Ensure all products comply with company standards and customer-defined specifications, with particular focus on packaging and labeling accuracy.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to plan, schedule, and monitor timely dispatch of goods.

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and GST documents (E-Bill), ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding order status, dispatch details, and delivery timelines.

• Address order-related issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree

• mobile and system Knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
