Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
Track order status and update customers proactively.
Ensure availability of stock before confirming orders.
Maintain daily order report and share with management.
Handle order-related queries, changes, or cancellations.
Support invoicing and billing documentation.
Check and verify order accuracy before shipment.
Maintain proper records of orders, dispatches, and returns.
