Key Responsibilities

• Operate Poclain/Excavator for digging, loading, trenching, leveling, and earth movement.

• Handle coal, overburden, soil, aggregates, or other materials as required.

• Maintain safe operating practices and follow site safety rules.

• Perform basic machine checks—fuel, hydraulics, engine oil, and general maintenance.

• Report machine issues, breakdowns, or unsafe conditions to supervisor.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and truck operators.

• Maintain daily operation logs and timely paperwork.

• Ensure minimal fuel wastage and efficient machine handling.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience operating Poclain/Excavator (200/210/220/300 class).

• Valid heavy equipment / excavator operator license.

• Experience in mining, construction, coal handling, or infrastructure projects preferred.
