Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching goods, inventory control, and ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, suppliers, and internal teams. The role ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency in warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely dispatch

• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and packing lists

• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when required

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies

• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers if applicable

• Handle damaged, expired, or returned goods appropriately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
