Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management, good knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with ERP/Warehouse Management Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward stock movement.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and dispatch documents.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

• Update inventory data in ERP/Warehouse Management Software.

• Generate and maintain reports using MS Excel.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/store operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, Basic Formulas).

• Knowledge of ERP Software/Warehouse Management Systems.

• Good analytical and record-keeping skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and stock auditing.

• Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.

• Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, Tally, or similar ERP software.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
