We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control, material handling, dispatch, and coordination with logistics teams. The candidate should ensure smooth warehouse functioning while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate with logistics/transport teams
• Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods
• Update inventory data in ERP/WMS systems
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Handle documentation like GRN, invoices, challans, and delivery notes
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams
