Job Title: Logistics – Shift Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely movement and handling of materials/goods.

• Maintain daily operational records and reports.

• Track shift-wise activities, productivity, and operational requirements.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of records.

• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Ensure adherence to company processes and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics / Operations / Warehouse / Supply Chain or any relevant industry.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
