Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and timely dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of all products.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth material movement.

• Process inward and outward stock entries in ERP/Excel.

• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and shipment-related documents as required.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

• Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely deliveries.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

• Supervise warehouse helpers/packers and assign daily tasks.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory audits and stock reconciliation.

• Knowledge of barcode scanning and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
