Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and maintain all project-related documentation

• Handle document preparation and registration for solar projects

• Upload and manage documents on online government and utility portals

• Coordinate and follow up for government meter installation and approvals

• Manage GEDA (Gujarat Energy Development Agency) related documentation, including:

o Project registration.

o Application processing.

o Compliance documentation.

o Subsidy claim submission and follow-ups.

• Compliance documentation.

• Subsidy claim submission and follow-ups

• Maintain records for net metering, subsidy status, and government approvals.

• Track application status and ensure timely completion of approvals.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports for documentation, meter status, and subsidy claims.

• Ensure all documents are filed and updated both digitally and physically.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in back office or administrative roles (solar/energy sector preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Basic knowledge of invoicing, documentation, and MIS reporting

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work sensitive, confidential information.
