We are seeking a meticulous, energetic, and experienced Warehouse Executive to manage our daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, export Invoices, e-way bill and dispatch efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inwarding, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

• Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) techniques for FMCG products to minimize wastage.

• Generate GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, QA/QC, Regulatory and logistics teams for timely dispatches.

• Manage Container/Vehicle Loading & Stuffing, sealing

• Generate OR arrange Delivery challan, Export Invoice, Eway Bill, EIA Certificate, COO, APEDA, Health Certificate..etc

• Ensure warehouse hygiene and safety standards (FSSC 22000/ISO) are maintained.

Candidate Profile:

• 05–10 years of experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or retail warehousing.

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/SAP software.

• Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics.

• Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks along with system entries.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
