Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Hygiene
Ensure daily morning dusting and cleaning of all warehouse racks and storage areas.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
2. Goods Receiving & Verification
Receive stock as per delivery schedule.
Check received quantity color-wise and size-wise.
Match invoice quantity with physical quantity received.
Immediately report any shortage or excess quantity to the concerned department.
Share received quantity details (size, color, total qty) via email to concerned teams.
3. Tagging & Barcode Management
Ensure tagging of all received quantities.
Apply barcodes once received from the concerned department.
Maintain proper records of tags and labels.
4. Inventory Segregation & Storage
Segregate stock store-wise as per allocation.
Ensure proper and systematic storage of goods.
Conduct weekly scanning and ensure neat packing for all stores.
5. GRN & Documentation
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) upon receipt of approved PO.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation for inward and outward movement of goods.
6. Store & Inter-Warehouse Coordination
Handle store-wise billing and E-Sugam documentation.
Manage vehicle loading and dispatch coordination.
Monitor store-to-store stock pending verification.
Check store-to-warehouse stock pending and damaged pieces received from stores.
7. Stock Maintenance
Maintain accurate warehouse stock records.
Maintain damaged stock records separately.
Update and maintain online stock records on a regular basis.
Ensure vendor returns (PRN) are processed on time.
8. Inventory & Support Materials
Maintain stock of tags, labels, and stationery items.
Ensure availability of necessary warehouse consumables.
9. Reporting
Prepare and send daily warehouse activity and stock report to Management.
Provide updates on discrepancies, damages, pending stocks, and movements.
