Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of MRN and manage end-to-end store operations including receipt, storage, BOI/Hardware issuance, inventory management, and material handling.

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock availability to support uninterrupted production.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on stock status, consumption, aging, shortages, and reorder levels.

• Handle documentation such as GRN/MRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and inward/outward entries.

• Ensure proper storage conditions for HVAC components to prevent damage or deterioration.

• Implement inventory control techniques such as FIFO/FEFO.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification.

• Monitor and report slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.

• Maintain housekeeping, safety, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and compliance standards in the store area.

• Strong knowledge of taxation related to GST, HVAC components, and AHU/FCU materials.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).

• Work on ERP systems for inventory transactions and reporting.

Experience & Qualification

• 3–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse in HVAC, AHU/FCU, or similar manufacturing industry.

• Experience handling mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal components.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

• Diploma/Certification in Materials Management/Accounting (Preferred).
