Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive for an automotive manufacturing company to manage inventory, material receipts, storage, issuance, and stock records. The candidate should have experience in stores management, inventory control, and material handling in an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, spare parts, and finished goods.

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in ERP/software.

• Ensure proper material identification, storage, labeling, and preservation.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and production departments.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock reports.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

• Coordinate material movement and ensure timely supply to production.

• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures in the stores area.

• Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures.

• Experience handling automotive components and manufacturing materials.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

• Knowledge of ERP/SAP or other inventory management software is preferred.

• Good coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
