Job description:
Position: Store Executive
Preferred: Manufacturing Industry
1. BCOM/ MCOM
2. Sound Knowledge of Accounts and GST
3. MINIMUM 1 YRS EXPERIENCE
4. TALLY PRIME must.
5. E INVOICING and E-WAY BILL
6. Technical Skills Proficiency in inventory management software Tally and MS Office.
7. Stock report Daily, weekly and monthly stock report.
8. Handling many grades of Material
9. Physical stock taking Regular physical inventory counts to compare against records.
10. Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
11. Order Management Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions to replenish stock before it runs out.
12. Stock Management Organize the warehouse, label, pack, and rotate stock using methods like FIFO (First In, First Out).
13. Record Keeping Maintain detailed records of stock receipts and issues using Tally as well Excel.
14.Inventory Control Receive, unload, inspect, and shelf all incoming supplies, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and reporting damages.
