Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Godown Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse (godown) for a packers and movers company. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe storage, handling, inventory management, and timely dispatch of household goods, office equipment, vehicles, and packing materials. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with logistics, transport, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records for customer belongings, packing materials, and equipment.

Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of all consignments.

Coordinate loading and unloading activities with labor teams and drivers.

Inspect goods for damage before storage and dispatch, and report any discrepancies.

Ensure safe handling of fragile, valuable, and heavy items following company procedures.

Monitor stock levels of packing materials such as cartons, bubble wrap, tapes, foam sheets, and moving blankets.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the godown.

Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile stock records.

Coordinate with operations, customer support, and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security protocols.

Maintain records of inward and outward movements, delivery challans, and warehouse documentation.

Assist management in improving warehouse efficiency and reducing operational costs.
