WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage the complete warehouse operations at our Delhi office. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock handling, order processing, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Handle inward and outward movement of stock.

• Receive and verify products against invoices and shipment documents.

• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

• Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of products.

• Process and prepare daily dispatches as per orders.

• Ensure the correct product, quantity, batch, and packaging before dispatch.

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely dispatch.

• Track dispatched shipments and maintain dispatch records.

• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with system/Excel records.

• Identify and report stock shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.

• Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch MIS reports.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and Logistics teams.

• Ensure all dispatches are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or FMCG operations.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Understanding of inward, outward, stock transfer, and dispatch processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities simultaneously.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and batch-wise inventory management will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate with relevant warehouse/inventory experience.

• Candidates with experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products will be preferred.

• Should be comfortable handling both physical inventory and computer-based stock records.

• Should be capable of independently managing daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
