Warehouse Executive

Position Title: Warehouse Executive

Department: Facility & Asset Management

Location: Bangalore

Reporting To: Asset Manager / Facility Manager

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical / Any relevant field

• Experience in warehouse operations, facility inventory, or asset management preferred

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Maintain warehouse stock and inventory records for Facility, CTMT, and Project team materials

• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials/Assets

• Tagging of all physical assets with barcodes as per Client Requirement

• Record key asset details: serial number, location, assigned user, invoice, warranty, and AMC. Material Receipt & Dispatch

• Verify material quantity and quality during receipt

• Ensure proper documentation for goods inward and outward movements

• Coordinate with procurement team, site teams, CTMT, and project team for material delivery and dispatch Asset Tracking & Documentation

• Verify asset tagging, documentation, and quality before asset allocation 

• Ensure proper documentation for asset movement and allocation Stock Verification & Audits

• Conduct periodic physical verification of warehouse stock and assets

• Identify and report discrepancies between system records and physical stock Asset Disposal Management

• Identify the damaged, or non-usable assets in Warehouse

• Update records after disposal with supporting documentation Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly asset and inventory status of warehouse Assets

• Warranty Report to need to Preparation For Warehouse Assets

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
