Warehouse Operations

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.

• Ensure proper arrangement and storage of inventory for easy identification and movement.

• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods.

• Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products before dispatch.

• Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries.

• Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.

• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with system records.

• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to minimize damage or loss.

• Track damaged, returned, or expired stock and maintain appropriate records.

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and other internal teams regarding inventory and dispatch requirements.

• Follow up on pending deliveries and ensure timely dispatches.

• Resolve day-to-day operational and warehouse-related issues.

• Support the implementation of efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and inventory reports for management.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
