Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials and products.

• Check quantity, quality, and documentation of goods.

• Arrange and store products systematically in the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement.

• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.

• Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.

• Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams for dispatch.

• Update warehouse records using ERP/WMS or Excel.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards.

• Report damaged, missing, or excess stock to the supervisor.

• Follow company SOPs and warehouse safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.

• Ability to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to work in shifts and meet operational targets.

• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience will be an advantage.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.
