Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

Data Management

• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track operational data and orders

• Transfer data from hard copy to digital databases

• Update and organize records in systems and spreadsheets

• Document, organize, and store relevant operational documents

• Verify outdated data and make necessary corrections

• Perform regular database backups to secure data

• Input text-based and numerical data accurately from source documents

• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct them

• Provide data entry and backend support across departments

• Assist with special projects involving large data handling

Supply & Inventory Management

• Maintain supply chain inventory and records

• Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

• Manage inward and outward stock movement (IN/OUT entries)

• Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for stock availability

• Monitor logistics and ensure smooth delivery operations

• Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify delays or bottlenecks

• Resolve supply chain issues (delays, damages, shortages, etc.)

• Identify and implement cost-effective supply chain solutions

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and inventory planning

Warehouse & Store Operations

• Oversee warehouse inventory management and stock accuracy

• Manage goods receiving, inspection, and proper storage

• Handle packaging and labeling of products as per standards

• Ensure proper stock arrangement and space utilization in warehouse

• Maintain stock records across warehouse and stores

• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification

• Monitor stock movement between warehouse and stores

• Ensure FIFO/LIFO practices are followed where applicable

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in warehouse areas

• Support store operations when required for inventory handling

Compliance & Process Management

• Ensure all supply chain and warehouse processes meet company standards

• Follow safety guidelines for handling materials and equipment

• Assist in developing and improving warehouse and supply chain processes

• Maintain proper documentation for inventory and logistics

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry and basic knowledge of supply chain/warehouse processes

• Experience in inventory, stock, and warehouse management preferred

• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing preferred

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools

• Basic understanding of databases

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently

• Basic understanding of logistics, packaging, and labeling processes

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
