We are hiring for Job Opening: Warehouse Supervisor

Timings : Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview: - The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, transport coordination, repacking, safety measures, and staff supervision. This role is critical in ensuring smooth dispatches, efficient space utilization, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Transport Coordination: Liaise with transporters, ensure timely LR collection, and update clients.

• Repacking & Safety: Supervise repacking activities and enforce safety protocols.

• Team Supervision: Lead warehouse staff and coordinate with purchasing, sales, and transport teams.

• Training: Train new joiners on stock details and handling procedures.

• Inventory Management: Conduct weekly stock-taking and monitor damage or leakages.

• Process Improvement: Carry out monthly audits and implement enhancement of efficiency.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to Warehouse In-Charge at Borivali office via phone and email.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–4 years in warehouse/logistics operations

• Age: 25–40 years

• Gender: Male only

• Education: HSC or above, with basic computer skills

• Languages: Hindi & English

• Preferred Location: Candidates from Thane, Kalyan, Bhiwandi
