Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Executive for handling inbound shipments and inventory receiving operations in an E-commerce warehouse environment. The candidate will be responsible for verifying incoming goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting quality checks, and maintaining proper storage practices in line with warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments from vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners.

• Unload delivery trucks and verify items against:

  • Purchase Orders (PO)

  • Invoices

  • Delivery Challans

  • Shipment Documents

• Conduct quantity and quality inspections for received goods.

• Identify damaged, expired, or missing products and report discrepancies immediately.

• Update received inventory in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.

• Ensure accurate inventory logging and documentation.

• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO inventory practices.

• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and procurement teams regarding stock discrepancies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving and storage areas.

• Handle barcode scanning, labeling, and put-away activities.

• Support stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of warehouse receiving and inventory processes.

• Experience in shipment verification and stock handling.

• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with FIFO / FEFO methods.

• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle physical inventory and warehouse activities.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
