Warehouse Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Warehouse Operations to support day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions.

This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone early in their operations career who is eager to learn D2C backend processes, warehouse systems, and supply chain coordination.

You will work closely with the Founder and operations team to ensure smooth inventory tracking, dispatch management, vendor coordination, and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Assist in managing inwarding of stock and updating inventory records.

• Track finished goods, packaging materials, and SKU-wise stock levels.

• Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure accurate stock reconciliation.

• Support in maintaining minimum stock levels and highlighting reorder requirements.
  

2. Warehouse & Dispatch Operations

• Monitor daily order processing for B2C and B2B shipments.

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and dispatches.

• Track delivery timelines, returns (RTO), and escalations.

• Assist in maintaining Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Zoho Inventory).
  
  

3. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily MIS reports covering:

  • Inventory movement

  • Dispatch volumes

  • Delivery status

  • Returns & RTO

• Ensure accurate data entry in Excel/Google Sheets and backend systems.
  

4. Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with courier and warehouse vendors for smooth operations.

• Follow up on discrepancies, damaged goods, and delayed shipments.

• Support cost tracking and courier performance monitoring.
  

5. Systems & Process Support

• Assist in CRM/marketplace backend updates.

• Support basic system integrations and workflow automation.

• Ensure proper documentation of operational processes.
  
  

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain operational records required for GST and audit purposes.

• Share required data and documents with finance and the founder when needed.

• Ensure confidentiality of company data and business strategy.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or D2C backend roles.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  
  

• Basic understanding of inventory management concepts.
  
  

• Familiarity with WMS tools (Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce, etc.) is a plus.
  
  

• High attention to detail and strong execution capability.
  
  

• Good communication skills for vendor and courier coordination.
  
  

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced D2C startup environment.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
