Position: Warehouse & Market Operations Executive (2 Positions)

Location: Mundka, Delhi

Male

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Overtime applicable if required)

Preferred Age: 35–45 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage dispatch operations, loading/unloading, warehouse stock, weekly stock updates, and

physical stock verification with team members and labor.

2. Send daily dispatch reports/slips with dispatch rates to management every evening.

3. Maintain and analyze the customer database monthly, identifying frequent buyers, low-frequency

buyers, and inactive customers (2–3 months without purchases).

4. Handle cash responsibly and maintain proper records.

5. Visit 10–15 customers/dealers every week to collect market feedback, competitor pricing, new

product launches, product availability, customer issues, and market trends.

6. Coordinate exhibitions, booth setup, customer handling, and event execution.

7. Anticipate seasonal product demand and proactively inform management about expected market

requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hardware/building material industry preferred.

• Good knowledge of Tally (stock management) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong inventory, dispatch, reporting, and customer relationship skills.

• Own residence in Delhi preferred.
