Role: Sort Center Associate

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time or Part-Time options)

Nature of Work: Physical-based indoor job involving standing and walking for up to 9 hours per shift.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound (IB) Dock / Unloading: Unload packages from moving conveyors or trucks, stack packages in cages, and use 2-3 step ladders when required.

Receive: Receive packages from conveyors, remove open packages, and stack them safely into cages.

Sorting: Sort packages from sorting bins to destination-specific bins for bagging.

Outbound (OB) Dock / Bagging: Scan and stow packages into mother bags, attach system-generated barcodes, and seal bags.

Loading: Load sorted packages and mother bags directly into trucks.

Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and production standards, including wearing mandatory PPE (High-Visibility Jackets and Safety Gloves).

Shift Timings & Working Hours

Full-Time: 10 hours daily (8 hours regular work + 1 hour fixed OT + 1 hour break).

Day Shift: 08:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Night Shift: 08:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Offs: 2 weekly off-days (weekdays or weekends).

Additional Benefits:

6th-day Overtime Pay: Rs. 1,449 to Rs. 1,575

Double wages on National Holidays

Medical Insurance up to Rs. 1 Lakh & Personal Accident Insurance up to Rs. 5 Lakhs

Total Leave: 36 days per year

Fixed payout on the last day of every month

Experience Certificate provided upon contract completion
