A Warehouse Incharge (also called Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager) is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/logistics teams
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
Oversee loading and unloading of goods
Prepare and verify delivery and shipping documents
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Implement and monitor warehouse management systems (WMS)
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
