Vedic Fuel is a clean-label, functional snacking brand making products such as protein laddoos, protein fudge, cookies, granola, trail mixes, makhana and other healthy snacks.

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person to assist with food preparation, manufacturing, weighing, packing, labelling and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing & Food Preparation

• Assist in the preparation and manufacturing of Vedic Fuel products according to standard recipes.

• Accurately measure and weigh ingredients as per production sheets.

• Follow recipes, processes and batch quantities carefully.

• Operate basic kitchen/food-processing equipment safely.

• Assist with roasting, mixing, baking, shaping, portioning and other production activities.

• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, size and weight of products.

• Follow batch-wise production instructions.

2. Packaging

• Weigh products accurately according to the required pack size.

• Pack products into pouches, jars, boxes and other packaging formats.

• Ensure proper sealing of every pack.

• Use packaging equipment/machines as instructed.

• Check that packs are clean, properly sealed and presentable.

• Apply labels correctly and ensure the correct product label is used.

• Check MRP, batch number, manufacturing date and best-before details before dispatch.

3. Quality Control

• Check the appearance, texture, smell and overall quality of products during production.

• Identify damaged, underweight or defective products and report them immediately.

• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for raw materials and finished products.

• Maintain proper batch records.

• Ensure no cross-contamination between products or ingredients.

4. Hygiene & Cleaning

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene while handling food.

• Wear appropriate hairnet, gloves, apron and other protective equipment as required.

• Keep the production and packaging area clean and organised.

• Clean equipment, utensils and work surfaces after production.

• Follow Vedic Fuel's food-safety and hygiene procedures.

5. Inventory & Stock Management

• Assist in checking raw-material inventory.

• Inform the supervisor when ingredients or packaging materials are running low.

• Organise raw materials and packaging materials properly.

• Help maintain records of raw materials used in each batch.

• Minimise wastage of ingredients and packaging materials.

6. General Responsibilities

• Maintain discipline and punctuality.

• Follow production schedules and daily work instructions.

• Work efficiently during high-volume production periods.

• Handle food and equipment carefully.

• Maintain confidentiality of Vedic Fuel recipes and production processes.

• Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Hardworking, responsible and punctual.

• Good attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with food and following hygiene standards.

• Able to accurately weigh, count, pack and label products.

• Willing to learn recipes and production processes.

• Physically comfortable with standing and repetitive work.

• Basic reading and writing skills required.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG or packaging will be an advantage.

• Experience with weighing scales, sealing machines or food-processing equipment is preferred.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
