Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods. The role ensures proper inventory handling, maintains warehouse cleanliness, and supports smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against invoices or delivery challans.
Arrange and store products properly in designated warehouse locations.
Assist in loading and unloading goods.
Maintain stock records and update inventory details.
Perform packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Support physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
Ability to handle physical work and material movement.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Attention to detail and time management skills.

Qualification:

Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse and logistics environment.
May require lifting and moving materials.
