Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, checking, picking, packing, and dispatching jewellery products.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Receive and verify incoming stock.
Check quantity, product details, and condition of items.
Maintain proper stock records and inventory updates.
Arrange products in designated locations.
Pick and prepare items as per orders.
Support packing and dispatch activities.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock.
Assist in stock counting and physical verification.
Coordinate with the production, packing, and dispatch teams.
Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized.
Follow company security and safety procedures.
Report any stock mismatch, damage, or missing items immediately.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Good attention to detail.
Responsible and organized.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle jewellery products carefully and securely.
