Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock.
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
Maintain inventory records and assist in regular stock audits.
Label, sort, and place materials on shelves or racks.
Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
Operate basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallets, scanners).
Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Support logistics team in daily operations.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer or scanning device knowledge (ERP/WMS is a plus).
Time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
