Transport Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Supervisor to manage daily transport operations, ensure smooth vehicle movement, supervise drivers, and maintain high service standards. The candidate must ensure timely vehicle deployment, proper maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transport operations and vehicle scheduling

• Ensure timely reporting and deployment of drivers and vehicles

• Monitor driver attendance, behavior, and performance

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs

• Maintain fuel records and vehicle log books

• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations

• Handle client complaints related to transport services

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

• Monitor GPS tracking and route optimization

• Ensure emergency vehicle readiness at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma preferred

• 0–2 years experience in transport or fleet management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of vehicle documentation & RTO compliance

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email reporting)

• Ability to handle drivers and manage shift duties

• Problem-solving attitude and decision-making ability

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in corporate or government transport services

• Knowledge of fuel management systems

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
