· Supervise daily operation and movement of company vehicles.

· Prepare and monitor vehicle schedules, routes, and trip assignments.

· Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, timings, duties, and operational requirements.

· Monitor vehicle availability, fuel consumption, maintenance, and servicing schedules.

· Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and documents such as insurance, permits, fitness certificates, and pollution certificates are valid.

· Maintain records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel, repairs, and maintenance.

· Handle transport-related complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.

· Ensure drivers follow safety rules, traffic regulations, and company policies.

· Monitor driver attendance, duty schedules, leave, and performance.

· Maintain transport-related data and records using MS Office, Excel, Word, email, and other relevant software.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.

· Enter and update vehicle, driver, trip, fuel, maintenance, and attendance data.

· Prepare bills, vouchers, statements, duty charts, and other transport-related documents.

· Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

· Prepare Excel sheets, MIS reports, and other management reports as required.

· Handle official emails and transport-related correspondence.

· Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
