Transport Load Manager

Location: Bangalore   |   Route: Bangalore – Chennai   |   Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Transport Load Manager to arrange and optimise freight loads for our company-owned fleet on the Bangalore–Chennai corridor. You will also assist the fleet operations team with day-to-day coordination.

What You’ll Do

•       Plan and arrange daily loads for company-owned trucks on the Bangalore–Chennai route

•       Consolidate multiple freight volumes into single truck trips to reduce cost

•       Coordinate with shippers, vendors, and consignees for smooth operations

•       Track in-transit vehicles and update clients on delivery status

•       Manage trip sheets, LRs, e-way bills, and basic MIS reporting

•       Support the fleet operations team in dispatch and driver coordination

What We’re Looking For

•       1–4 years of experience in logistics, freight, or transport coordination

•       Knowledge of the Bangalore–Chennai freight corridor preferred

•       Must own a laptop and be comfortable working on it independently

•       Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

•       Strong communication skills in English; Kannada or Tamil a plus

•       Hands-on, ownership-driven attitude
