Job వివరణ

Will be responsible for:

Managing Affairs of Site Office.
Vehicles Trip Management.
Vehicles Maintenance.
Safety Protocol - Responsible for Safety norms as per checklist, Maintain Documentation.
Training of Drivers.
Prepare Accounts of Drivers & Helpers.
Imprest handling & Expenses Reporting.
Preparation of Reporting MIS as required.
PR with Plant Officials.
Maintaining effective Communication with the Plant officials, Head Office, Required Department, Driver Staff etc. through Mail, Whatsapp, calls & Direct Interaction.
Vehicle Trip Tracking through VTS.

Job Requirements

Graduate with good Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Mail & Drafting)
5-6 years of experience in Operation Background (Field Knowledge).
Able to Drive 2 Wheeler/ 4 Wheeler (Valid Driving Licence).
