Dispatch Coordination

– Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with warehouse operations and the customer's logistics team.

– Ensure customer-arranged vehicles are loaded and released within the agreed dispatch timelines.

– Monitor vehicle arrival, loading turnaround time (TAT), and gate-out activities.

– Prioritize urgent and time-sensitive shipments.

Customer & Transporter Coordination

– Act as the operational interface between the warehouse, customer logistics team, and customer-appointed

transporters.

– Coordinate vehicle placement as per the customer's dispatch plan.

– Escalate vehicle delays or operational issues to the customer promptly.

– Provide proactive shipment status updates until delivery.

Documentation

– Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, delivery challans, and LR

copies.

– Ensure all documentation is complete before vehicle departure.

– Maintain accurate dispatch records for audits and customer reporting.

Shipment Tracking & POD Management

– Track shipments until successful delivery.

– Follow up with customer-appointed transporters for Proof of Delivery (POD).

– Maintain POD records and ensure timely closure of dispatch documentatio
