Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission gym and fitness equipment at customer sites.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.

• Repair treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines, strength machines, and other fitness equipment.

• Replace defective spare parts and components.

• Conduct equipment inspections and performance testing.

• Respond to customer service calls within the committed turnaround time.

• Maintain service reports and installation records.

• Coordinate with the spare parts and logistics teams.

• Educate customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Maintain company tools and service equipment.

• Travel to customer locations for installation and service assignments.
