Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Zippee in Begur, Bangalore. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Team Leader to spearhead our delivery partner recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our fleet of delivery partners to ensure seamless, ultra-fast fulfillment for our quick commerce operations. You will lead a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and onboard reliable riders in high-demand zones, ensuring we meet the rapid scaling requirements of a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute aggressive hiring campaigns to build a robust pipeline of delivery partners through various channels, including field marketing, digital ads, and referral programs.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment specialists to meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

• Operational Scaling: Analyze local demand patterns to proactively deploy recruitment efforts in specific geographic areas, ensuring rider density matches order volume.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key recruitment metrics such as cost per hire, time-to-onboard, and partner retention rates to optimize the hiring funnel.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Fleet Management teams to align hiring velocity with real-time delivery needs and seasonal spikes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in logistics, last-mile delivery, or the gig economy sector.

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team and hitting aggressive, metric-driven targets.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use localised insights to drive recruitment decisions.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse populations and field agents.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment where speed is a critical success factor.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
