Role & Responsibilities

Escalation Management: Own and resolve all escalations received for the respective hubs within the defined TAT.
P0 Escalations & P1 (Hivac) Monitoring: Ensure proper night sorting and prioritisation of P0 escalations to avoid ageing and delays.
Early Morning OFD: Support segregation and prioritisation of shipments to ensure early morning OFD and timely delivery.
End-to-End Tracking: Track escalations from initiation to closure, ensuring 100% genuine customer attempts and maximum conversion.
RCA & Pendency Management: Maintain detailed RCA for any pending or ageing escalations and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hub teams, WMs, HMTs and other stakeholders to drive timely resolution of escalations.
Follow-up & Closure: Ensure no escalation remains unattended and maintain clear visibility of all open, pending and closed cases.
