Supervise daily godown and warehouse operations.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and handling of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in registers or ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, and damaged goods.
Coordinate order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Supervise and allocate work to warehouse helpers and loading staff.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of warehouse space.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
Prepare daily stock reports, inward and outward registers, and dispatch reports.
Minimize stock loss, damage, pilferage, and material wastage.
Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
