Daily Operations & Workflow
Assign daily tasks and set clear goals.
Monitor productivity and fix workflow bottlenecks.
Build and manage staff work schedules or shifts.
Track attendance, timekeeping, and daily output.
Team Leadership & Support
Train new employees and onboard them onto the team.
Coach workers and provide regular performance feedback.
Conduct official performance reviews and appraisals.
Mediate disputes and resolve staff conflicts professionally.
Communication & Compliance
Relay updates and goals from upper management down to the team.
Report team progress, metrics, and challenges back to senior leaders.
Enforce company rules, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
Address customer complaints or operational escalations.
